MSPexcellence Webinars for Cloud Solutions Providers
Secrets of Successful Cloud Solutions Providers
You are invited to attend a new webinar series that will showcase the
strategies used by four CSPs to build a highly profitable and scalable business
based on cloud solutions and recurring revenue. The four companies are all
members of the MSPexcellence CSP Program for Google Apps Resellers and have
achieved dramatic results by applying its methodologies for building their own
cloud solutions ecosystem, pricing their own service bundles and selling cloud
solutions to both existing and newly acquired customers.
One featured CSP is
HostPapa, a web hosting provider located in Niagara Falls, NY and Oakville,
Ontario, Canada with thousands of customers across the globe. HostPapa has established a
solid web hosting solution for small-to-medium sized businesses that is
reliable, easy-to-use and customer service-oriented, all for a low cost. Using
business-building blueprint modeling tools from the CSP Program, HostPapa
increased their Average Revenue Per Unit (ARPU) from the web-hosting industry
average of $135, to more than $600 per customer per year, reduced their customer
churn rate by more than 20% and increase profit margins by 50%. “The CSP
Program is the passport to become a successful CSP,” said Sylvain Patry, Senior
VP, Business Development.
Another featured CSP
is CMH Solutions, a technology consulting firm that specializes in assisting customers
with a comprehensive variety of technological solutions in Northeast Ohio. CMH
Solutions has increased their monthly recurring revenue stream by tenfold,
offers more advanced cloud solutions than their competition and can now
proactively focus on scaling their business with additional staff. “I have
exceeded my goals in less than 45 days and have a solid foundation to build on
for the future,” commented CMH Solutions owner and founder Chris Hanus.
Each week, a different
CSP will join Todd Hussey, MSPexcellence Partner and Co-Founder, in a
conversational webinar format to discuss the secrets of their successful
business transformation. “Each CSP has a different story to tell and their own
insights to share,” said Hussey. “We have found that CSPs like to hear from
other companies who share their same challenges and opportunities relate their
experiences in their own words. It’s an approach we use very effectively in our
CSP program and so we have adapted for this webinar series.”

MSPexcellence has developed a comprehensive program for building a successful MSP and CSP business called The MSPexcellence Cloud Solutions Provider Program.
We strive to enable our resellers to grow significant and
sustainable business around Google Apps. MSPexcellence has developed
programs, tools, and training to help our resellers get to this level with
their business. After many years of helping managed service providers
build up recurring revenue business, they're now bringing a great deal of
experience to help cloud service providers do the same.
Jeff Ragusa,
Google Apps SMB Channel Lead
As a Google Apps Premier
SMB Reseller, our business is already strong and growing. So, too, is the
market for cloud-based solutions and services. The CSP Program helps us
look beyond our current business model, focusing on the future in a more
structured and strategic way.
The program helps us evaluate, plan, and
expand our services with a greater understanding of the impact on our costs,
our operations, and our bottom line. Rather than trial and error, the MSPexcellence
CSP Program gives us information we are using for more timely, more accurate,
and more beneficial decisions.
Allen Falcon,
CEO Cumulus Global
MSPexcellence has a unique
and practical approach for avoiding pitfalls while, at the same time, providing
a framework for connecting business strategy, marketing programs and sales
execution into an integrated set of initiatives that will fuel the growth of my
business.
