Business Consulting for IT Service Providers
MSPexcellence provides consulting services to MSPs and CSPs that wish to have direct assistance implementing the strategies in the CSP Program. A customized engagement will be conducted with the client based on their specific needs and according to a well-defined statement of work to enable some or all of the blueprints and best practices contained in the CSP Program.
"Channel Chief" Consulting for Technology Suppliers
The MSPexcellence team will work directly with technology suppliers to recruit and on-board new MSP and CSP partners or to improve the productivity of existing partners. We have developed a comprehensive channel development model that can be tailored to meet the needs of any technology company that wished to grow an indirect channel to sell managed services or cloud solutions.
